As a resident on ward call you can jinx yourself and the shit will hit the metaphorical fan or in my case, the mental health floor.

There are times when it's appropriate to teach and times when it's not. Always ask the patient's consent. And even then it mightn't stand for much.

Diarrhoea and vomiting makes OCD patients anxious.

An additional warning.

Don't put detol on your face. It'll warns you against detol coming in contact with your eyes, but it will in fact cause lip numbness despite being diluted. I reflect from experience.
